Return & Refund Policy

At Lucioli USA, we want our customers to have a clear and straightforward return process. The following policy applies to returns that are not related to a warranty claim.

15-Day Return Period

Products that are not being returned due to a warranty issue may be eligible for a refund if the return request is submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

All returns require prior approval from Lucioli USA.

Do not ship a return before receiving approval from Lucioli USA.

Return Shipping

Once your return has been approved, the product must be shipped to:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Lucioli USA does not provide or reimburse return shipping for non-warranty returns.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lucioli USA is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during return transportation.

Product Condition

To qualify for a refund or store credit, products must be returned:

In their original product packaging
Properly folded and packaged as originally received
Complete with all original components and accessories
In new, unused, and resalable condition, except as specifically provided below

The outer brown shipping box may be replaced if necessary, provided the original product packaging is properly protected during return shipping.

Inflated Products – 25% Restocking Fee

If a Lucioli product has been inflated, but is otherwise accepted for return, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund or store credit.

Products that have been damaged, improperly installed, modified, punctured, contaminated, or otherwise rendered non-resalable may not be eligible for return under this policy.

Purchases Made With Discount Coupons

Products purchased using a discount coupon or promotional discount code are not eligible for a monetary refund.

If an approved return involves a product purchased with a discount coupon or promotional code, the customer will receive store credit only.

Store credit will be based on the actual amount paid for the returned product, after any applicable fees or deductions.

Refund Method

For eligible returns purchased without a discount coupon or promotional code, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any applicable restocking fees or other approved deductions will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection by Lucioli USA upon arrival.

Receiving a return authorization does not automatically guarantee a refund. Final refund or store-credit eligibility will be determined after the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm compliance with this policy.

Warranty Claims

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to non-warranty returns.

Products believed to have a manufacturing defect or other issue covered under the Lucioli USA warranty must be submitted through the applicable Warranty Claim process and will be handled according to the Lucioli USA Warranty Policy.
